The Art of breathing meditation: The 1 minute breathing exercise (the yogi technique)

Basic meditation to relax the mind and techniques to give that extra energy to our organs, ideal for beginners
Watch the video below:

Breathing is something that we all have to do however at times we tend to take it for granted as we naturally breath not realising breathing has to do a lot of work to keep us alive.

This 1 minute breathing exercise is quick and allows you to understanding how your breathing works. The yogi's have been doing this technique for many years and realised the benefit of healing the inner you.

Meditation through the nose

Because the nostrils are smaller than a mouth, we are able to create a back flow of air and oxygen into the lungs, this happens as we naturally exhale more slowly through the nose then we do through the mouth.

These are some of the tips that can be of benefit:
1, Calming of anxiety, fear and worry
2, Opens the inner you to find inner peace
3, Gives energy to the digestive system
4, Energies the memory brain and organs
5, Regulates breathing
6, Can give energy to cold, flue's and other internal infections to change form

Why not give it a go, try it for 7 days and you will feel a little difference, try it for 30 days and you will feel a body change, make it part of your daily life and your whole life will change around you.
