Motosound is a Multi-Sensory Program for schools and home life, great for parents, teachers, therapist, foster carers, and all care workers who support children, young people, and adults. The wonderful thing about this program, it is also for you.
It helps improve motor and cognitive abilities, neurological conditions, and any emotional challenges in children (age from 6 months) and adults through sound, colour therapy and exercises.

The air and bone conduction system
The bone conduction headphones use two different types of sound processing, both air and bone conduction, to stimulate the brain. These two systems emphasise different ways of sensory processing and complement each other.
The classical music composer Beethoven used bone conduction to help him continue writing music after having problems with hearing. Some animals are also able to communicate through bone vibrations.
Sound is a vibration! When it travels through the air, we use the term “air conduction”. Sound travels even better through the bones of the body: this is called “bone conduction.” Cover your ears and speak normally. You hear your voice perfectly clear because it travels mainly through the bones of the skull, speak louder and you can feel your whole body vibrate.

How to use the bone conduction earphones and sound therapy music
The bone conduction earphones transmit sound through the cochlea, skull and jaw that surrounds the mind, connecting to various parts of the brain.
The picture above shows you how to wear the earphones. The earphones are wireless and can connect to Bluetooth through your phone, compatible with iOS and Android devices.
The process of the sound therapy music:
1. Connect your earphone to Bluetooth
2. Connect to the sound therapy music
3. Listen to all tracks per day for 30 days
After the 30 days take a break for a few weeks then you can do another round or as and when you are guided.
Motor Sensory Integration Exercises.
A child’s growth, development and learning start from the very beginning of entering the world. Sensory and motor interaction will start to show itself in many ways for example crawling, balancing, visual tracking, and coordination, allowing the baby to experience the world around them whilst naturally developing their brain and body.
For different reasons a child may not have access to these important motor skills therefore can have difficulties with processing information, balancing, speech delay, hyper activeness and having problems with different parts of their senses when reaching primary school age all the way up to adulthood. A great book to read is The Maze Of Learning, Developing Motor Skills by Charlotte Davis.
How to do the exercises
1. Do each exercise for 1 minute per day
2. You can decide if you want to do it morning or night
3. Take your time, relax your body, and take some lovely deep breaths in the process
1, Tonic labyrinthine reflex (The Meatball) Time: 1 min
2, Asymmetric tonic neck reflex (zombie) Time 1 min
Goal: to control limb movements and achieve mid-line crossing
3, Superman Time: 1 min
Goal: to control posture and coordination
4, Prone position (frog exercise) Time: 1 min
Goal: to control calmness in the body and highlight spatial awareness
5, ATNR (Robot exercise) Time: 1 min
6, Facial / Eye Muscle Exercises
1, close one eye count to 10, close the other eye count to 10 repeat
2, squeeze both eye count to 10 then open wide count to 10 repeat
3, move eye to the left then right, then up and down repeat 10 times
7, Hearing Exercises
1, massage the back of your head, then the middle side, then the front side of your temple. Count to ten 3 times.
2, take your hand and use the palm of the hand to hold your ears then release, count to ten.
3, do the other hand and repeat.
4, then do the same with both hands
5, hold both ears and breath out from your nose whilst releasing your hands from your ears
6, hold both ears and breath out from your mouth with a sound whilst releasing your hands from your ears
