Motosound Therapy are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximize the services that we provide to you.

 

All information we receive from our customers, is protected by our secure servers. Motosound App is a secure server software that encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

 

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the app we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

 

 

Who we share your data with (Third Party)

 

Associates does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve its app and its services but not for any other use.

 

Information Disclosure

Associates may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith and where Motosound Therapy is required to do so in the following circumstances: by law or by any court; to enforce the terms of any of our customer agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or third parties

 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. 

 

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
